Set your working hours by day or date range, and clients book a time directly from your rate cards. Booking and payment happen in the same flow, so there's no separate calendar invite or invoice to chase.

What Makes RateCards Different
Booking, Payment and CRM in One Link
One RateCards link takes a client from your service menu to a booked time to a completed payment, and adds them to your client list. It replaces the three tools most providers juggle: a payment app, a calendar and a link page. Venmo and PayPal move money, but they don't take bookings or keep a record of the job.
Clients Don't Need an App or an Account
Clients book and pay by card from any web browser, or by scanning your QR code, with nothing to download and no sign-up. To pay you on Venmo, a client needs a Venmo account, and on Thumbtack customers find and contact you inside Thumbtack's marketplace. Linktree is a link directory that takes a 9% seller fee on digital products on its Starter and Pro plans. Stan Store is built for creators selling courses and digital products, at $29 to $99 a month. RateCards is built for services, priced by the hour, day, week, month or job.
Sales and Revenue Tools for Small Businesses
Recurring billing, a client CRM, email campaigns and newsletters, and an AI receptionist that books jobs from your rate cards are built in, so revenue grows from clients you already have. The Team Behind RateCards
How RateCards Started
We grew up in working-class households where someone always had a side hustle: alterations in the living room, haircuts on weekends, car repairs in the driveway. Hard work was everywhere, but it didn't always come with a paycheck, and the tools to get paid were built for someone else.
We then spent our careers doing work for Google, building payments infrastructure at J.P. Morgan and running growth programs at Apple. In 2026 we launched RateCards to bring that quality of software to the people we grew up around.
Erik Norgaard
Erik built products and marketing programs at Google and other Fortune 500 companies before leaving to build RateCards. He grew up in the countryside, where hard work didn't always guarantee a paycheck, so the problem RateCards solves is one he knows first-hand.
Aju Thomas
Aju spent years inside payments infrastructure at large banks including J.P. Morgan, learning how money actually moves and where the system fails everyday people. At RateCards he owns the ledger, the payout path and the reliability of both, so every dollar gets where it needs to go.

Does RateCards set my prices?
No. You set the price of every rate card yourself. Rate Advisor can suggest a rate based on your local market, but applying it is always your call.
