When logged into the platform, go to the Wallet tab in the left blue navigation. Then on the Wallet page in the upper right corner tap Manage Payout Account (or Manage Wallet) button to update your linked bank account via Stripe. Changes run through Stripe's secure onboarding and account management process, the same way you first set up payouts.
If a payout fails because your details changed or an account was closed, update them from the Manage Payout Account (or Manage Wallet) button and Stripe will retry. Need a hand? Contact support@ratecards.app.
